We’ve invested in a new ALbelt C machine which is a state-of-the-art label applicator which will allow us to offer a faster premium quality, bespoke labelled aerosols.
The new ALbelt C machine applies upto 36 labels per minutes with a max output of 2500 labels per day. Thanks to the investment, customers of bss can now expect a quick turnaround and better value custom aerosol fulfilment.
We’re thrilled with this new investment and already have a significant number of customers who will benefit from the increased high speed and accuracy our new machinery will bring us.
About the ALbelt C labelling machine
The ALbelt labelling machine uses an open base belt conveyor system and side drive direct-wraparound application unit.
It will ensure accuracy on aerosol label printing and increase the speed in which small private label aerosol runs can be turned around.
The machine rotates the aerosol on its base, travelling forward, adapting to its surface for an accurate application.
Aerosol label design
The updated private label aerosol service also comes with a design offering. We can design and print your aerosol label, now offering you a one-stop-shop solution to your private label aerosol requirements.
What’s more, and what makes bss unique is the option to create a dynamic landing page. By including a QR code on your aerosol label design, your customers can be directed to your unique landing page which is ideal for allowing them easy access to material data sheets and technical datasheets.
Aerosol coating options
As with all coating products at bss your aerosol product can come in a range of colours and specifications. Our renowned uPVC coating, Zebra Coat is available in aerosol format if you require a run of private label uPVC aerosols which dry in 15 minutes and have a high-quality finish.
Our aerosols are available in 1k or 2k applications with full gloss, semi-gloss, satin or matt finishes.

What is a private label aerosol?
Private label aerosols are the supply of aerosol products that are branded and sold under your company’s name. We handle the formulation, packaging, and compliance, allowing you to focus on marketing and distribution.
What is the minimum order quantity?
This is dependent on the product and colour specification. However we try to be as flexible as possible for our clients.
What is the turnaround time on a bespoke label aerosol order?
Once the product and colour specification have been agreed and the artwork approved our lead time is 5-10 working days.
Can I use my own artwork or logo for the packaging?
Yes, you can supply your own artwork, or we can assist with your aerosol label design to develop your custom label.
Do you ship internationally?
We only offer shipping to the UK mainland – for international shipping we ask our clients to undertake this.
